Added a VERSION tag to package-info target

package-info is a target that I made up to make a big list of the packages that
are in the GAR tree.  It has a similar style to the Debian package lists.  This
change just adds a VERSION header to the output.

WTF, pdnsd GARNAME fixed ... again

The GARNAME on pdnsd has a trailing whitespace char.  I think I'm picking this
up from the stable tree.  GARGARGAR.  This was breaking some recursive targets
that I'm experimentally running.
